Tommy has ridden over 11,00+ km across Australia to raise awareness of young stroke and fund childhood stroke research

Read the blog about it here.

Participation is key in cycling; Around the Bay is catered to all levels, and it’s key to getting active. Click this link to find out more!

The date is the 18th of October, 2026.

Might see you at the starting line (Geelong) if you're doing the 135km.

Alright, saddle up, this is going to be a 135km ride AROUND THE BAY!

The HOWLONG RIDE is over.

Check out all the points and allow it to get you up to speed with what we’ve achieved, TOGETHER.

We were fundraising for the Stroke Foundation.

You can still donate here to support Childhood Stroke Research.

The crash

During the original 4 points journey back in 2021. Tommy was hit by a car. Sustaining significant injuries and having to learn to walk for the third time. He’s “back, baby!” his fave words.

During the downtime, however, he created a clothing line to emphasise the cause.

This is me standing on the beach at the tip of Cape York, having completed my 4 Points journey.

When I was 12, I suffered a stroke, and my life changed forever. What became clear to me was that this wasn’t where my life stopped. Instead, that’s where it began!

Join us as we embark on yet another adventure.

Howlong to Canberra, riding to the steps of parliament for Childhood Stroke research.

I’m doing this to promote inclusion through bike riding and increase awareness that stroke can happen at any age, while raising money to help find an answer as to why strokes happen at such a young age!

My name is Tommy Quick.
